I have to say that the service at Superior Gate Services was fantastic. Cindy first took my call and was super helpful and friendly. We just bought a home that has an electric gate and we wanted it repaired and serviced. She managed to get us into a slot the next day and called that next morning to give us a time range. Great follow-up! Our technician Sean (I hope I remembered his name correctly) was awesome and went through the repairs, and gave several operating and home maintenance tips to my husband. This company aims to please on all counts and delivers !! We will be using them again and would definitely recommend them.

I got a quote the same afternoon I inquired, had the gate installed within a week, and Scott and his crew have always gone above and beyond to help out, even reconnecting my garage wires that the dog ripped out when they were just quoting me on the gate. If I've ever had any trouble, they go out of their way to come out promptly and help in anyway they can... Obviously without ever charging me for a visit. Highly recommend!!

So I emailed them back and they called me the next business day and came over within an hour! They took my first service call and responded quickly and took care of the problem and worked around my schedule. Since that first call uv had two other properties needing their services and just like the first call no hassles. Show up take care of it and reasonable prices. They don't hit you with extras like some others do they fix the problem and then they do a full tune up and cleaning on the gate at the same time. My other contractor would charge extra to do the tune up. That's dumb. Just make it happen. That's what they do. They just make it happen without taking you to the bank. Thanks superior for being on the team, your a great asset.

Called these guys off their positive yelp reviews after getting the run around from another contractor. They took my first service call and responded quickly and took care of the problem and worked around my schedule. Since that first call uv had two other properties needing their services and just like the first call no hassles. Show up take care of it and reasonable prices. They don't hit you with extras like some others do they fix the problem and then they do a full tune up and cleaning on the gate at the same time. My other contractor would charge extra to do the tune up. That's dumb. Just make it happen. That's what they do. They just make it happen without taking you to the bank.
